Jezelf als vrijerspaartje onbespied wanen, deed en doet men op plekjes zoals op het Boonepad. :)
Volgens die informatie was het een vrijerslaantje , zoals een of twee generaties daarna het Bagijnhof gebruikten. De loop van het oorspronkelijke laantje wilde ik graag weten voor mijn beeldvorming.
Wanneer er nu vanaf dit punt een rechte lijn getrokken wordt tot nog een aardig stukje recht over de fontein in de grote vijver heen, krijgt men een aardig beeld van hoe dit veel beschreven paadje gelopen heeft. Het eind van de rechte lijn liep tot aan de linkerkant van de ook al weer inmiddels afgebroken verzorgingsflat van Thureborgh hier te zien op afbeelding 552_402215 en vandaar weer schuin richting Marketteweg. Op watiswaar.nl zijn heel wat luchtopnames te vinden, gemaakt door de RAF.
